Machine to hold first annual Fall Laxfest

Fall Laxfest!

On Saturday, October 13 at Techny Prairie field in Northbrook the Machine is sponsoring its first annual Laxfest. The day will begin with a US lacrosse national team clinic (http://www.uslacrosse.org/news/2007/fallclinicsme - n.phtml to sign up) from 10 am - 12 pm.

Next, the top 70 high school players in Illinois will go head to head in the first annual Chicago Machine Fall Lacrosse Combine. College coaches from Division I, II and III schools will be in attendance to recruit. The fall combine is an extension of the January "First Look, Last Look" Machine Combine that helped expose a host of local lacrosse players to college lacrosse coaches.

At 4:30 p.m. the Laxfest will culminate with a match between the University of Illinois club team and a team of club all stars sponsored by the Machine
